Focus on a Hub project: Accountability Principles for Artificial Intelligence in the field of Internal Security (AP4AI)

The Accountability Principles for Artificial Intelligence project is one of the 5 pilot projects conducted jointly in the EU Innovation Hub for Internal Security.

The project started in 2021 as a collaboration between CENTRIC and Europol and is supported by FRA, Eurojust, EUAA and CEPOL in the framework of the EU Innovation Hub for Internal Security. Its aim is to develop solutions to assess, review and safeguard the accountability of AI usage by internal security practitioners in line with EU values and fundamental rights.
