We are pleased to announce that the selection procedure for membership in the European Counter-Terrorism Centre (ECTC) Advisory Group on Online Propaganda has been completed. The selection committee has sought to ensure a mixed membership that would reflect the different areas of expertise needed for providing meaningful advice to the ECTC.
The profiles of the 15 selected members range from the following fields of expertise:
- Information Technology / Social Network Analysis experts
- Experts in terrorist propaganda
- And one psychiatrist.
We take the opportunity to thank all the applicants for expressing their interest in becoming members of the ECTC Advisory Group. We welcome the selected members within the ECTC community and we look forward to strengthening our cooperation in the fight against online terrorist propaganda.”
