This document is the fruit of a collaboration between the European Union Agency for Law Enforcement Cooperation (Europol) and European Crime Prevention Network (EUCPN) secretariat. We would like to thank the experts in physical automated teller machine (ATM) at tacks who invested time and effort in supporting the creation of this recommendation paper. They contributed by attending the conference on the prevention of physical ATM attacks (January 2019, Brussels) and providing crucial information.
